The Next Black Belt

Lisa started taking Karate today. She said that it was fun, yet technically difficult. What is interesting to me is that there is a certain hierarchy within the class. The class stands in a line from low to high belt rankings. So since both Alex and Marisa are higher ranked yellow belts, they stand at a higher position. They are also expected to help out the lower ranked white belts, which now include their mother. They are both very good teachers.

There is an increasing amount of pressure to get their father involved. I have not given in to the pressure. Yes, I know, I am a party pooper.
