Proposition 73

To registered voters of California, don't forget to vote YES on Proposition 73 this coming Tuesday, November 8th. To me, it is a common sense issue. I've linked to the websites of both sides of the issue. I honestly do not understand the arguments on 'NO'. It seems that they feel that the rights of the teen are more important than the responsibility of her parents.
