Mr. & Dr.

If all goes according to plans, Lisa will be receiving her Doctorate degree in Audiology (AuD) on May 6th.

I was just filling out a form online and it had a drop-down box for name-title. Among the choices given were: Mr, Mrs, Ms, Mr & Mrs, Miss, Dr & Mrs, and Drs. There was no choice for what Lisa and I will be when she receives her AuD: Mr & Dr. Is this situation that rare of an occurance or is there some sort of bias/negative stigma attached to marriages where the wife is more educated than the husband? Just wondering.
